An introduction from the wandering duo,

My mother and I started our ventures in 2017 with a long-awaited trip to Venice. I had desperately wanted to visit after a failed trip the year prior. We had not been away together, and more importantly my mother had not been holidays for 8+ years!

Our mother (DM) and daughter (DD)  bond has always been so strong, with often making jokes of the quote 'always a friend, forever a daughter'. After a spur of the moment hotel booking, we were soon off to Venice in the July.

Since then, we have visited cities in- and around- our beloved Italy, Czech Republic, Austria and Spain. We are ever lusting after architecture, history and rooftop bars!
